Return Policy

Free Trials

  •  A 14-day free trial is available for all subscription plans.
  •  No charges apply unless you proactively upgrade after the trial ends.

Paid Subscriptions & Refunds

  •  Full refund available if requested within 7 days of first billing.
  •  After 7 days, subscriptions are non-refundable unless a verified technical failure prevents use of a core feature.
  •  To request a refund, contact info@data4autos.com with:
  •  Your name, email, account ID, billing date,
  •  Reason for the refund.
  •  Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.

One-Time Setup or Custom Implementation Fees

  •  Fees (like store setup or custom integration) are refundable only if the work has not commenced.
  •  Once onboarding, configuration, or custom work begins, the fee becomes non-refundable.

Support & Service Disruption

  •  If our platform experiences downtime or technical issues during your paid period, and our team cannot restore service within 72 hours, you may be eligible for a pro-rated credit or refund for the affected period.

Cancellation

  •  Cancel anytime by visiting your account settings or emailing info@data4autos.com.
  •  Cancellation requests received after billing will take effect at the end of your current term.

How to Request Refund or Cancellation

Email support or billing teams with:

  •  Account info (name, email, subscription plan, invoice ID),
  •  Service start/end dates,
  •  Concise reason for request.

We will acknowledge within 2 business days and resolve within 5 - 7 business days of approval.
